Variety is the spice of life and while there's certainly nothing wrong with chicken or beef, who would turn down the opportunity for a bit of variety in their life? With treats made from venison, duck, buffalo and even camel...Green & Wilds have got you covered.

If you're going to do something, you may as well be thorough about it. And it goes to show how seriously Green & Wilds take their eco approach when you see just how well they utilise their ingredients. From deer they can produce Venison treats, Antler dog chews and antler powder, ensuring little waste. And if our experience is anything to go by, the dogs certainly aren't complaining and neither are we. Not when the venison treats come with added glucosamine to aid healthy joints, the antler powder sprinkled on a dogs food aids the immune system in reducing cholesterol and promoting healthy bones, muscles and joints and the antler chews provide natural teeth cleaning action for dogs without having to resort to generic 'dental' treats that are frequently packed with unhealthy ingredients.

A number of sustainable, eco-friendly wood chews are available. From Chewroots to Coffeewood and the new Olivewood (Pictured). The benefits are numerous, and coming from hard wood that has been dried and sanded they are so much safer than simply allowing a dog to pick up a branch on a walk.

Sometimes when it comes to buying treats you're looking for something a little bit more durable, that won't be gobbled up in seconds by your mad mutt or likewise demolished in not much longer than it takes you to get it out the packaging it came in.

If you want something that's going to last more than 5 minutes of excessive chewing then there's still quite a few options to choose from while ensuring the treats are safe, eco-friendly and 100% natural.

Green & Wilds offer a number of longer lasting chews, and we tried out a couple of them.

Antlers come in a variety of types, including the standard antler, fallow antlers and "easy" antlers (pictured), which are cut sideways for lazy chewers or those with a more delicate mouth, like puppies or seniors. Each range is available in a mix of sizes from small and puppy size up to extra large.
